To those posters who said that Schmidt should have played Nicholson in the second half of the St. Joe's game. Well, Coach got your message. Nicholson did very well in the second half, including a block that Gary said came out of nowhere. RC will be jumping on Wednesday night.

More of a case Nicholson got the message by being benched by Coach Schmidt.

Nicholson still disappeared in the last 5-10 minutes of the game he started off so well in the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half, but that's expected of a young player who is still learning. If he puts a full game together it could be real scary what kind of point total he would put up, think the dominance of Mo Thomas last night.

I think you can attribute Nicholson disappearing act to foul trouble and tough Richmond defense. He was working his ass off in the post to get the ball but our guards never really found a good passing lane to get it to him.
