Where is everyone getting together before the game on Weds? I know there is a hotel / bar across the street, but I cant remember the name?
The game is two days away and I will be VERY disappointed if there is no get together esp since we have so many alumni within a 2 1/2 hour radius (Philly, Balt Wash, NY Metro and its a 9pm game.
Lets show the rest of the A-10 what Bonaventure is all about!
Go Bonas!

This is from an earlier thread.... -- There will be an informal pre-game gathering for Bonnies fans on Wednesday night at Game On www.gameonac.com, a sports bar located on the boardwalk within 2 blocks of Boardwalk Hall (St. Bonaventure has not reserved any space within the bar).

Are you sure DC is 2 1/2 hours? I live in No Va and its an hour to Baltimore once you get around the Beltway
I might make it Thursday. Is it also true that there is the strip with casinos and everything else is like the neighborhood in the first Vacation movie where Chevy Chase and family get lost in East St. Louis?
I went to the Richmond game in Feb. Not sure we have another 11-2 run to close out a game in us. I hope res is right and we can keep a lid on big leads and have a close finish
Eleby's improvement will hopefully prove the difference this time as his TO's almost cost us last time

Not sure we have another 11-2 run to close out a game in us. Ummmmm... why? I'm not sure I understand the logic of that statement. Did Richmond transform into the 1990 UNLV Runnin' Rebels since we last played them?

I think there's a BYOB dancing establishment that's rated #1 in AC located literally directly across the street from Boardwalk Hall. I believe it's called Bare Exposure or something like that, anyone wanna meet up there?

The Spiders were probably the better team that day and still could be.

Yes alolph, that's exactly what I meant. I would also add given Richmond's style of play a double digit comeback is as unlikely as drawing an Ace on the river. Gamble away gentlemen and I say the dollar bill mikebossy will be proffering at his dancing establishment is still the best bargain in a tough economy.

Not only will the Bonnies be winning big this week I will as well. I plan on returning from AC with hundreds of thousands of dollars in gaming profits.

Yes. And if Mapquest says 3:35, it's 3:00 max. And that's if you're not keeping up with traffic.

dev, I don't know exactly where you live in Fairfax County, but from Arlington, I can easily get to Philly in 2 hours (non-rush hour, of course). To get to AC, you bypass Philly by going over the Delaware Memorial bridge and then over to AC via the AC Expressway. It's not that bad at all. I would think you could easily make it in 3 hours (again, non-rush hour) from the time you hit the Cabin John.
Edit: b4life's estimate is good if you're going during rush.
