Are those "Peaches" fresh from the orchard or canned (as in Hickey Dining Hall)? Maybe they're fermented, processed, and consumed in the Village of Allegany (Is that a cop hiding in the bushes outside "The Hickey", waiting for the next Bona Criminal to perpetrate another unspeakable perversion?)...

OK, I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV -- so what does pleading 'not guilty' mean ?
Is this a normal procedure in DWI cases ?
Might the officer have done something wrong ?
Could there have been a problem with the breathalyzer ?
All of the above ??
No one at Bona seems too worried about it, so maybe it will all be cleared up with no consequences.
I have heard that Tyler seems to already be a changed man by this incident. I hope that is so for the young man and his future.
Good luck Tyler, and hope to see you on the court in the Fall !!
ps; has any Bona player ever amassed 1,000 points in just three seasons ?? I think Tyler has a great shot to accomplish that feat !

Fox, the Bonnies trivia portion of your brain must not function so early in the morning! Lanier and Stith scored 2000 points in 3 years.

Yes, it could mean all of the above. Hopefully, there will be a plea and this thing will be over with soon.

In a typical DWI case, the defendant enters a not guilty plea, which remains in effect until the defendant changes his pleaa to guilty, is convicted after trial, is acquitted or the case is dismissed.
It is always possible that there is an issue with the arrest or the breathalyzer, but unlikely. It is much more likely that a plea agreement will be reached to dispose of this case.
