Recruiting is about all Solomon is good for. So, with that said, seeing as this season is over, who are we supposed to be recruiting? Is there anyone out there that is coming here next semester?

The season isn't over.We have 10 games to go. I'd like to see us win 1/2 of those games. But even if we don't win a single game I'm content that...from what I saw last night...Caoch Solomon and the team are working as hard as they absolutely can. Like I've said...the team and the Coach are green. This thing will take time.
Who is going to come to SBU next semester? Hopefully a player who:
1) Wants to receive a fine education ... at a university that has exceptional values and standards.
2.) Wants to be part of the foundation of a basketball program that is targeted for success.

from today's NYPost:
St. John's got a verbal commitment from combo guard Larry Wright of Saginaw (Mich.) High School. The 6-2 Wright averages 24 points and 11 rebounds. Saginaw is the No.1-rated high school team in Michigan. Wright chose St. John's over Boston College, Wake Forest, Iowa and Seton Hall.
I was under the impression that we were in the running for this guy.....

I still don't understand the misconception that recruiting is his strength...
Lee is good, AJ is becoming ordinary, Diggs maybe a decent D2 point, Benson? Fox? Ivan? Relph is adequate but mostly a train wreck with baggage!
