Ok, how can you answer this with a yes or a no. No good coaches are not born that way and yes they can learn to be one over time.

It's kind of a dumb question but I feel compelled to answer anyway. Nobody is "born" a good coach but you can't exactly learn to be one either. If you're talking about just the x's and o's part, yes, anyone with above average intelligence could learn how to coach from that standpoint. But you have to look at the whole package. Coaching takes leadership qualities that you really just can't learn. While I think Solomon has the capacity to learn good x's and o's coaching, he doesn't have very good leadership qualities and can never learn them.

You're right...looking at the question again, it does sound rather dumb. If I knew how to delete the poll I would. Sorry! Guess what I meant to ask was do you think Soloman can learn to be a good coach?
