I was the kid who had his rights violated when my sign was revoked at the Reilly Center on January 28th.
1. I have as many A-10 road wins 0! 2. 15-61 record 3. No Mike Gansey 4. Overpaid 5. Redshirted Jeff Foote 6. Does not utilize the skills of AJ and TB enough 7. No Mario Boggan 8. Closed Practices 9. No March Madness 10. HMMMMMMMMMMm Lanier or Solomon?

Gosh, where do ya start?
Mike Gansey came here when Saulis did, meaning he would have graduated last year, in addition to the well-documented fact he was gone anyway. Coach makes among the least of the 14 A-10 coaches. Why not redshirt a seven-footer who's paying his own way to come here, beats Chris Moses. AJ is admittedly having a very difficult time adjusting to the rigors of the A-10; didn't you read the OTH column? Mario Boggan's habits made Cheech & Chong look sober; let's just say he wasn't the Ideal Bonaventure Man (read: he plays for Eddie Sutton now). Why would you want open practices? Why not just send your opponent your playbook or invite them personally? Teams don't want anyone hanging around their practices; it would only lead to more criticism from experts like yourself.
Any of these ABSURD claims I failed to respond to were simply a waste of time even more so than your entire post. Just thought I'd take five and point out your most glaring errors and hypocracies. I've heavily questioned Solomon on here as of late, but this really makes no sense.
If your sign was taken it was because it sucked, as do most signs in general. What a terrible, juvenile, misinformed, flawed sign/post. Way to be, sign boy.

I think we need to give Solomon through next year butttt one reason you should've mentioned is that we are in the midst of the 3rd or 4th 10 game losing streak of his 3 year tenure. That is really bad regardless of the scandal.

LUMS I agree with you until the open practice remark, there is no way anyone would, or could for that matter, steal our playbook - it is a single piece of paper that says: TOP SECRET (Hot Potato Play) Paul sets a pick at the top of the key, then we pass back and forth around the perimeter until the shot clock is close to running out then whoever has the ball throws it up towards the hoop.

But remarkably your buddy with the I'm with Stupid Sign with the arrow pointing to you still has his. Like it or not Solomon deserves and will get at least one more year. It is my hope that he reads some basic fundamentals of basketball books and learns that we are in the shot clock era. There is no hope in walking the ball up the court every time and then relaying a play from the bench, heck even in middle school we had pre-determined offensive sets. Get the man some whiskey, maybe then he'll see the light.

I hope that isn't what your sign said or I would think people started throwing change in your hat. I don't even understand #10, Lanier or Soloman. Lanier was in the mix when we hired JVBK and was at Siena when we hired Solomon. BTW, did you notice the job Rob did there. They had the same complaint that many of you have, he could recruit, but can't coach. Please note Paul Williams attitude improvement since he came here...he hated it at Siena.

Funny, I have seen different plays run, but nobody seems to get open on them. So when nobody gets open somebody has to help the point by coming out to get the ball. Could be we lack talent, could be our coaches aren't coaching the players on how to get open on these plays. Or a combination. Also there are not a whole lot of plays you can run against a zone. Basically you hope your players can find an opening inside or an opening outside and hit their shots. 1. We can't shoot from the outside 2. Teams collapse their zones to take away any driving lanes. So until we get some shooters we are going to see a lot of packed in zones.
