Rob-Fal was just renovated during the summer of 2014, the project was financed by the loan through the Catt County IDA. Those rooms are now up to standard and attractive for incoming frosh and their parent bill payers. Dev is a quintessential building, it is one of the most iconic buildings on this positively gorgeous campus and will never be demoed. I loved that building for all its warts, it was a special experience for all. It takes me back to the very early years of Bonas, and it stands as the symbol of the university. It was the first building I observed on this campus through the shroud of fog on an early April morning many years ago.........its still very emotional for me. This is exactly what I was saying on the previous page to the poster who wants to tear down Rob/Fal and Dev!

At the end of the day every Alumni needs to assist in giving back to Bonas by:
1) Spreading the good word and trying to get HS students looking at college to look at Bonaventure. 2) Assist in further donations to assist with programing. 3) Recruit prospective students at your local college fairs through alumni services.
We need every Bonnie to assist us get through these continued lower enrollment times.
Go Bonas!

non-bona related, but inspirited due to the name of the topic I will give a great plug for my friend: www.youtube.com/watch?v=nai9mhw1ni4 (a friend from over the years on his tour singing "Times are Changing", forgive the quality, its on the Grand Canyon, can't always get the best acoustics!) www.facebook.com/theDannyBlackpage?fref=ts (His facebook page, please follow him) thedannyblack.com/db/MUSIC.html (His website, with his tour location and dates) I highly encourage you see him if he is ever anywhere close to you! I have watched him locally in the elmira/corning area over the past few years when he stopped by. He just recently got back in the states after many many months performing on cruises in the Australia/New Zealand area. Sorry for getting off topic, even though the topic was related to my comment!

Go Bonas! way to go, nyc02...this would make a great gift to all our graduating seniors and to include in the mail-out to everyone soliciting donations to the annual fund/baf...maybe in the form of one of those things you stick on the refrigerator...it would cost a few bucks to have them made, but if it increased enrollment/donations, the return on the investment would be tremendous...
