Atlantic 10 has released its full conference schedule. A lot of the game times are still TBA, but here are the matchups and dates. Sat. Jan. 2 vs. Davidson Wed. Jan. 6 at George Mason Sat. Jan. 9 at Umass Wed. Jan. 13 vs. Rhode Island Sat. Jan. 16 at Duquesne Tues. Jan. 19 vs. Dayton Sat. Jan. 23 at VCU Sun. Jan 31 vs. Richmond Wed. Feb. 3 at St. Joes Sun. Feb. 7 vs. St. Louis Wed. Feb. 10 at Fordham Sat. Feb. 13 vs. George Washington Wed. Feb. 17 at La Salle Sat. Feb. 20 at Dayton Wed. Feb. 24 vs. Duquesne Sat. Feb. 27 vs. Umass Wed. Mar. 2 vs. St. Joes Sat. Mar. 5 at. St. Louis It looks like the toughest part of our schedule will come in late January when we face Dayton, VCU, and Richmond. At least two of those games will be home. I believe the most favorable part of the schedule is the end. Four straight games against teams that will be projected to finish in the bottom half of the conference. Three of those games at home. Overall I like our schedule, Most of the top-tier teams we have at home and excluding Dayton, all of the teams we have to play twice we may be projected to finish ahead of. I'm looking forward to the season getting started! The whole month of January, both home and away, looks tough. The start of the month is brutal too. Davidson and RI home but without students and UMass and GM on the road. If we get thru January with a winning record, the team could be sitting pretty come A-10 Tournament time. Ugh I hate the Sunday afternoon home games! and St. Louis game is Super Bowl Sunday. Why even do that A10? Bona athletics says one of the home games will be played in Rochester. You have to think that game will be one of the January home games with the students on break. Davidson Jan 2? Rhody Jan 13? what do you guys think

Wow. That's an awful schedule. It looks like Davidson or URI in Rochester. Stinks that FOUR games are while students are on break.
Another thing that amazes me is HOW DO WE ALWAYS PLAY SAINT JOE'S WHEN STUDENTS ARE ON BREAK??! Martelli has to have a hand in that. There's no way we could draw them over and over again while students are on break. We played them once back in '09-'10 when a handful of students came back early from break, but I'm not counting that because students weren't in session.

No home game for the Rochester Amerks on Jan. 2 or Jan. 13, but there is some Disney on Ice event for Jan. 2, so it looks like URI on Jan. 13 will be in Rochester unless they decide to move one of the two Feb. games, but I doubt that.

The location of the remaining games is not explicitly stated: Richmond, GW, Duquesne and St. Joe's.

Have not counted or fully compared all the schools but on quick glance it looks like we have the worst TV game allotment. Does anyone even get the American network? American network is almost worse than no TV because at least in that situation we can watch it for free on Gobonnies. Hopefully SNY picks up some of those games.

HOME games are what we care about with break and there are 2. The schedule starts right after the new year every season, this isnt new.

I remember a couple games being on that network and they were picked up by NBCSN and someone else, maybe SNY? Usually those games get picked up by somebody.

Besides, I thought with the students back 18 inches the home court advantage is gone?

Besides, I thought with the students back 18 inches the home court advantage is gone? The release said Davidson, URI, and UMass would be in the RC. If they send Richmond, GW, or Dusquense to Rochester there will be more A-10 games without students than with them. That would be pretty awful.
