Biggest fear tomorrow isn't playing Rhody, it's playing the refs? People will ask why, and I will simply tell them because the A10 will do anything to try to get as many bids as possible, they know Rhody is on the bubble... We shall soon see

Heard someone say today one of the refs was part of the VCU crew. Hope Gregg stays out of foul trouble. He rode the pine too much of the first matchup need him out there to protect the rim.

Need much more Gregg than we got today. Was really hoping being a senior in his final A10 tournament would light a fire under him.

Can't worry about the refs, can't worry about Rhody's so called mis-match....gotta play ball locked in and loose as the Bonnies came out today. If they do that, I like the chances for a positive outcome. Keep in mind...this is a team that scored 43 vs. Fordham in a HOME loss....
Go Bonas!

In the post game comments I was very surprised to hear the commentator say that IFF the Rams' pedigree athletes are just set loose it will be a blow out. This just after watching us dominate UMass far more than the 13 point differential indicated. Who would want to tune in tomorrow unless your a UMass fan.
URI has gotten great praise from everyone all year long. In their house Matt had an off game and we down only 3 with under 4 mins to play. We forced them into 17 TOs & grabbed 1 more board.
Their D was the big difference and dominating PIP with a + 20. They enjoyed a block fest, swatting away an incredible 15 shots. No A10 team has shot blockers like Martin & Iverson
They don't rely upon the trey & are SO deep. They run 10 players at you & all play 30 or less mins.
Our offense will be sorely tested against the #1 D in the conference allowing only 65 PPG.
Would love it coming down to foul shots. We are #2 & they are #13.
Go Bonnies!

We shall soon see If this were true we would have gotten outside help against Davidson last year when we were on the bubble. We just have to always play the refs and have an us against the world mentality. No one will do us any favors so f&ck it. LETS GO BONAS!!

I think what you said early here, wgt, "in their house" tells the biggest story. They play us on neutral ground on Friday and this could very well be a different game...Look for Matt Mobley to rebound AND for us to take advantage at the line to cement it and get us to the semis....

Ron Thompson doesn't know jack. Highly doubt this game is a blow out. I think it's going to come down to the wire. Hitting free throws and rebounding will be key! Let's go!

We shall soon see Didn't help us with the refs last year against Davidson, 5k... Last year we were firmly in by almost all bracketologists on the Bracket Matrix, predicting a 9 or 10 seed. The snub was unprecedented and unpredictable. Davidson advancing last year might have been seen as a good thing for the league by the insiders, maybe one more team in the NCAA. URI on the other hand is now the last team in on the Bracket Matrix. If they lose today they are NIT bound almost certainly. If they lose tomorrow to Dayton in a good game they have a chance. Justice for SBU would be to beat URI and knock them out of the NCAA tourney, and then go on to win the A10 Championship. It's going to happen ... www.bracketmatrix.com/

7500+ were in attendance for yesterday's game. Four great games on tap today. Expect a larger and strongly pro-Bona crowd today. Treat yourself to some Iron City brew and get ready for a great one. Bonnies have repeatedly fallen short against the top tier programs this year but should be on a mission today. With a third scoring option working we won't be denied. We played yesterday, so we're familiar with the court, not overly tired, and got all the nervous kinks out of the system. Start out strong and put your foot on Rhody's throat. Hold them down. They will choke. Go Bonnies!

Justice would be wining the A10 and bumping Syracuse out of the tourney by taking up an at large.

Bona5000 you are insane.... People are already making excuses if we don't win.... That is a loser mentality.... It is..
Hopefully they win, but do say and do that is nuts....
When we lost to Davidson I personally thought it was a coin toss on whether we got in or not....
We didn't beat one good out of conference team... We never do.....
Just handle your business today, and stop making excuses... Its sad and pathetic... Who ever agrees with his comments are also sad and pathetic.... Don't worry about URI but the referees.... geez.... That is annoying....
