No, it wasn’t me that banned Lester! I was actually a fan of his silliness. Thank you for your honesty, tomgleason. In these very difficult times (1-4), it is vital that the Bona community band together, not be torn apart. I am confident that the moderator who banned dear Lester will reconsider the decision, which is currently causing my client great emotional distress. Waging a Civil War is not our wish, but as L.G.'s advocate, I must maintain that if he is not reinstated by 3:30 PM EST tomorrow, we will have no choice. The great Bonaventure community is watching, and hopes that you will not force our hand. -Romeo Please bring on the civil war. Talk about adolescent behavior. How old are you guys - 15??? Kind of comical, but glad Bonas08 did it. He did the right thing. |

More than likely Romeo and bonabandwagoncommenter ARE Lester Green considering they are old accounts reactivated right after Lester was banned, hopefully “Lester” sees this and realizes he’s not fooling anyone, and if he keeps it up we can ban those accounts too and any new one he opens and acts like a fool with. If he acts with respect there is no problem, but the name Lester Green is dead and gone forever |

We usually get numerous complaints on an individual, PM each other...see if they should be warned...usually PM the offender as a warning...the ban later if necessary...after talking between Admins again...we don’t take it lightly , and don’t enjoy doing it. |

I seconded the banning due to many messages asking for it, due to several posts where Lester cursed in response to other posters, and due to the fact that he regularly tried to provoke members into arguments for absolutely no reason. Many of you think the Moderators don’t do anything but we do, I’ve personally sat back and watched every post Lester has made over the past month, and these decisions don’t come lightly, so I’m sorry if you don’t like it but we’re trying to keep this board civil, the way Ladderman ran it successfully for so long. Hopefully you all can see that and if not there’s nothing more I can tell you, and really there’s nothing more I should have too! Have a goodnight Bona’s 👎 |

How in the hell does Lester get banned and yet FirstDev can come on here and freely peddle conspiracy theories about Chuck Schumer and Sister Margaret operating a secret abortion clinic in the basement of the on campus chapel on Sundays? (Source: 2019 Recruits thread, page 45)

Yeah, sorry. This is a joke. It’s seemed this administration has been a lot more free to let people be and not ban them, which is cool. But if that’s the case, then be consistent.
There are a handful of others on here whose presence and posts are undoubtedly more disruptive than this guys were. who remain untouched. Some of them every argue with the admins directly on a consistent basis.
Poster on the board who are either too farty to appreciate, or too obtuse to understand, a particular sense of humor shouldn’t justify a ban, no matter how much they complain.

Ah ha! So it seems the admins received complaints. Seems as though we’ve had a snitch on our hands, throwing Lester to the wolves behind our back. Sad 😔 Hell, we receive complaints all the time...very rarely do we act on them, so it must’ve been a ton of them That's great! A moderator who doesn't know how many complaints a board member receives! What exactly do you do Tom, other than drunk post?

And while we are on the topic, I would like to say thank you to those of you moderating the site. It is very similar to my participation in fantasy sports. Do i like to play? Yes. Would I be caught dead being a commissioner and having to deal with even a dozen guys complaining about rules, trades, etc. Hell no! However, seems to me the frustration is a lack of transparency here so hopefully we can all figure that out.
