Also, ST. BONAVENTURE is one of many schools who have contacted Georgetown transfer, BRADLEY EZEWIO, 6-9 255 forward. A reliable & respected poster on the BONA A10 board says we can expect to see 2 more visitors into BONAS this week.

More here, there and everywhere than anything else
I saw that one time Bona target Michael Adams-Woods, PG, from somewhere upstate New York, was in the portal, having been at Cincinnati
Also read that Caleb Johnson, I believe was in the portal, or perhaps played at a JUCO, was the younger brother of Bona's Chris Johnson. Somebody may have to fact check me, that would seedling be a big age difference, but I recall reading the blurb.
I know somebody on the BW raised the question of the dead period in NCAA recruiting, but I've read that a number of players are still making visits this week. What come to mind is a talented player from France, who has played in Europe, had just visited Dayton and was headed to VCU this week. I want to say the player's name was Balle or Belle.

My bad on the “dead period” this week was posted erroneously on another team’s board.

That's good news. Now I can stay glued to watching the tweets roll by and cycling back to this board. I'm reading Power Broker, by Robert Caro, about Robert Moses, I'd read it years ago, but I'd forgotten for good and bad, how Moses shaped the city and the state. So read for a couple of hours and then check in on the Boonies. Can't complain. Just wondering which way we'll go with the two ships. I looked up the A10 Bona board poster reference and I thought that I noted that the poster had said that we likely were going to be looking at guys in the 2023 class, which I interpreted to be freshmen. Year in and year out, Coach Schmidt & co, have always made this time of year interesting. It feels like we've made such great progress in building this team, hard to know what to expect. I missed a JUCO recruit I want to say from Dodge, where the recruit had listed schools have D1, including us, and half D2's but try as I may I couldn't find the tweet. My money's on Sheridan Sharp, 2023 from Ben Davis, PG, he recommitted from Nichols, and has been to Illinois State and has lined up visits to Wyoming, Western Michigan and us. Reading the Biolermaker board from Jan of this year, there was some head scratching why Purdue was going after Sheridan, stuff like, he'd have to come as a back up, it might hart their chance to get a '24 guy they are already excited about, bad grades, family situation, none of this based on anything. It just feels like Jaylen Adams all over again, under the radar, decommits from Jacksonville, visits Bona, obviously the staff knew what they were doing. Boom, he just shows up on our doorstep and we've got one of the best point guards in school history.

I saw that Joe Jones III, the 6'9", Buffalo native, who prepped in Canada with Orangeville, went to Georgia Sate for three years, but was injured two of those years, has now transferred to Canisus.

I had seen Dee Barnes, SG 6'4' 190 from Utah Southern on the list Unfurled had put out earlier that Bona's had shown interest in, along with a long list of other suitors. In Dee's favor he could be considered a "shooter" he made 44% of his threes, something like 39/89, was WAC sixth man of the year, soiled be a grad transfer, originally from Maryland and Mt St Mary's.

Perfection, from a roster standpoint would be attacking a PF like the former Georgetown transfer Bradley Ezewiro, 6'9" 255, we had expressed interest, but with lots of serious comp and NIL money I'm guessing. I would love fro find a guy 6'7" 250, who could help us, but be willing to take a diminished role. I know our coaches tracked him all the way from Brooklyn Collegiate to a community college in the midwest, where his numbers were minimal and then to Chicago State, where to the best of my knowledge he did not play last year. At that point I had heard Rider might have an interest. Yes, It's Amadou Traore. I just recall him being an incredible athlete for his role. Having Amddou with his skill set would fit a clear need. If we can get Sheridan Sharp, PG Ben Davis High School, then a guy like Amadou is all we would need to match up when teams play two bigs. Truth be told I'm dreaming, but come from nowhere all the time.

Certainly not batting a thousand today. Brad Evewiro, 6'9" Georgetown PF to St Louis and Wheza Panzo, 6'7" Stetson sharp shooter to Iona. Well, I guess there's always tomorrow.
