So many empty seats at least as seen via TV.

Nice win. A bit of an off night for Barry but Chuck, Mika, Chad and Brown really held the team together!!

Awesome game. Best ending I could’ve asked for.
Venning smashing it in their face. He wanted to play for (D)Umass they didn’t offer him

19 point turnaround. Those oddsmakers are pretty damn good. If Bonnies shoot better from line it’s a double digit win. Survive and advance. Dukes up next. Another rock fight.

Quality win. UMass is a very good team. Now on to Duquense, who got smacked around by Davidson at home tonight.

Give a ton of credit to Chad and Mika for continuing to play aggressively without picking up the fifth foul. I was scared to death they were going to call Chad for a foul on Cohen’s three pointer at the end.

Also a ton of credit to Brown for his entire game. We don’t win without him tonight.

Talk about putting a fork in them with Vennings dunk, loved it. Team seems to be rolling up its sleeves and getting to work as we get into the second half of the A-10 schedule. Trying not to get silly happy after a victory, but like all of Schmidt's teams they usually peak at the right time of the season.

Nice win. A bit of an off night for Barry but Chuck, Mika, Chad and Brown really held the team together!! Nice tap out by Barry on the rebound of the missed three attempt by UMass to get it to MAW and set up Chad for the final jam! Big win....

Not sure what the number was but SBU absolutely smashed UMass on the boards in the second half.

Take the win at home. Venning and Pride kept us in game. Defensively we gave up far too many easy buckets and open looks. At times the offense looks lost. I am not sure these guys are using many of Schmidt’s offensive sets. I see a lot of freelancing. When you bring in players for one year you can’t install a complex offense.

A character builder. And To rally from 10 down and emerge victorious by 6 in a nip and tuck final five minutes sets a positive tone for these next several games.
Bona matched UMass stroke for stroke and in the final minute the Minutemen blinked.
Chad really asserted himself in crunch time, and Chuck/Mika backcourt was solid.
Time to exact payback on Dukes.

marylandbonnie1...Our turn around board play in the 2nd half was a huge factor in the win and outscoring them 45-35 in the 2nd half.
They dominated the first half 21-13 rebs and 8-4 offensive boards.
2nd Half different tale. Outrebounded them by 6 (19-13) and matched them on the offensive glass 6-6 with CHUCK grabbing only 3 (1 offensive) all game!
Quite a 2nd half adjustment against the conference's #1 Reb Margin leader and #1 on the offensive glass.
