I caught the end of the Dukes win last night. Toward the end of the game a Duke made a great block on a HOLMES shot in the paint. He grimaced in pain with an injured shoulder. Left the game and did not return. Wonder if he will play tomorrow? Who was that injured player who was in a lot of pain? I think the injured Duquesne player was Tre Williams.

It’s gotta help that we played them twice already and know what not to do right? Like do not leave DRAME wide open in the corner! Stay infront of and close to their guards.

A tad off topic, but I loved the post game comment from Noah about his ankle, in so many words he said he would rather hurt on the court than off. He has a huge heart and has been the X factor so far besides the amazing Banks III yesterday.

NOEL also voiced his reliance on God for support and reads scriptures from the Bible to relax himself before sleeping at night.
NOEL is a truley remarkable student athlete who displayed enormous strength and toughness in the paint against LUC. He described the physical game being like football. He is one tough dude!
During his 20 mins, playing with an injured ankle, he scored 13 pts on 4-5 FGs and 5-6 FTs.
He leads the team, by a wide margin, making 72% of his shots !!!

WGT I think he actually returned to the game after that injury so he should be good to play. It did look painful though, tough kid

Throw the notion of "tough to beat a team 3 teams in a season" out the door! Throw the fact the Dukes beat the Bonnies twice already this season out the door! Throw the injuries out the door! Throw the fact the Dukes have won 8 of last 9 games out the door!
You scrap and claw your way to victory for the next two days. That's how the A10 will be won.
Bonnies need to: Hit 8+ threes Win Rebound Battle (this is energy and heart) Focus on D'ing up Grant and Clark III (take chances of anyone else beating the Bonnies!)
Let's get to Sunday.
Go Bonas!

that freshman DiMichele looks good for Duq, especially for a freshman, but he loves the flip shot. Please watch your film Bonnies. That shot can be blocked. He also seems a little right hand dominant to me so shade him to the left

TRE WILLIAMS' status is a key factor, WILLIAMS is a definite match up problem against the BONNIES due to his size and ability to step back and hit the 3. Will this mean more PT for DRAME, yet another match up headache.

Am expecting a big bounce back game from MOSES today, with the recent DB3 hype, FLOWERS might be seeing more wide open shots that he has to drop. Also, would like to see ASSA find his NYC touch return.
