Just another team that is so, so much more athletic than we are. Only way I can see us winning this game is if we can get to the line and/or speed the game up. Need more easy buckets. And we need to get the line. Only 5 fouls called in the entire half. That doesn’t bode well. We need free/easy points or getting to 55-60 will be impossible.

Why, why, why do we keep forcing shots? poor clock management against a tough defense. DUQUESNE doing a very good job of forcing the BONA offense as far away from the hoop as possible. |

Always love waiting until 7 seconds left to even start offense at end of half. Always works so well. I think we may have 3 in a row last possessions that expired the clock 😡 |

I wish our guards and Assa would slash more, penetrate more create fouls and more chaos for the Dukes. Obviously we cannot hit 3's or create 3's at this point. Maybe if we penetrate the 3's will open up. Venning does not look remotely like himself, what is going on with him. Frustrating to say the least from a Bona perspective.

This CBSSN halftime crew is really tough to listen to. almost all of the college hoops alleged announcers are tough to listen to. as they are in all of the other sports. i mean do we really need sideline announcers  i would rather they go to commercial, and i hate commercials. |

52% of Dukes shots were TREYS. Made 46% to account for their lead. They will not repeat that hot trey shooting the 2nd half. If they do, hard to see a win.
I expect they will return to being the 34% TREY shooting team they are. A return to average for the game could result in 30% or less this half. Sure hope so.
CHAD's knee is not right. He shows a slight hitch in his running. They will push the ball every opportunity.

So no surprises. We revert to letting them get open 3’s on offense. Our offense features a lot of dribbling and running out the clock. Hard to break old habits.
