What a joke. Nobody can play free in this offense cause it’s the same predictable motion silliness. Oh and I bet you we have better interior defenders then what is out there. But hey, defense doesn’t I win right??? Another year if hey there’s hope, but how many years is that for the hope???

Really just not that good of a team. They’re playing hard but just severely limited athletically

Okay, which coach seemed to have team best prepared for opening minutes of 2nd half?
Then Schmidt late in calling time out.
Dukes with numerous cuts to basket and nice passes, easy buckets, Bonnies almost none. But old story.

Venning playing with bad knee. I heard he has gained weight because cardio has been cut back. You can see he is winded.

I don’t know why I let this team make me so frustrated! I also think the Venning offense has to go. The announcer said it, if he doesn’t get the ball, he shouldn’t be on the floor. I think we need to open up the offense and run Barry at the 5.

Right now, the Dukes would be my favorite. We can beat them with better defense and that means limiting the open looks. We cannot afford long scoring droughts. I would keep the center rotation going. I am concerned about Venning on offense. We need a clean game from him and he needs to shoot well. It should be a close hard fought game. Say what you want about Dambrot, but his team looks good and together. Their offense is much better to watch than ours, hitting 3s and nice back door cuts, while the Bonnie’s dribble too much and stand around. Evans seems to have come in and is giving a spark.

Barry gives them hope....like yesterday sparked with a 3....then dunk...in between he was free on cut to basket but didn't get ball. Banks not hitting but good passer.

People can say what they want, but Martinez wingspan could at least impact interior shots. Don’t need a big man scoring since the conference has figured that out, then the offense can run free with the athleticism and stop the BS slow motion offensive crap. If I’m an athletic player I’m leaving this program.

That should just about do it. Good energy there from Evans but I don’t know what else is left to turn this tide.

Interior bucket after bucket, but let’s leave the same nonsense in the game and not try ti adjust. Keep being mediocre and praying for hope Bonnies.
