Okorafor, the Louisville transfer would be a good get. But again “NBA Africa Academy” means he has handlers and we’d have to pay/recruit them The other guys, who knows, I don’t watch much Houston Christian or Ellsworth basketball myself Not sure about Okorafor. Could barely get on the floor for a Louisville team that we would have beaten last year. Reminds me of Max, except from an even worse team.

Okorafor was injured. Obviously if you just blindly look at the stats you aren’t impressed. I thought we were smarter than that though

Let's be patient and kind. We're all anxious to learn about new recruits. Let's not judge every printed word. Thanks

Chimobi's parents left Nigeria for Ireland over 21 years ago. Video below is an interview when he was 15 years old playing for the 16U National Team of Ireland. Started playing at age 12. Very late by the standards of American players. Interesting blend of Irish Brogue and African influence of parents. 20 years old, 6'6"/205. Played at St Mary's College in Galway City. High schools in Ireland are called colleges. Red shirt frosh at Ellsworth CC which is Div II. 29-8 record. Lost in Semi Final of JUCO Div II National Championship. As a frosh was picked for Div II All American 2nd Team. 27 mpg, 19 ppg, 59.4% FGs, 71% FTs (86-122), 10.3 rebs! attacks the rim and gets to the line. 3-6 TREYS so not an outside threat at this time. Played in 21 games due to an injury mid season. His 59.4% FGs and 10.3 rebs is indicative of a very athletic 6'6" player. www.youtube.com/watch?v=9zQQE0Gq3XQ

Wouldn't that be grand?
If only this Marcus Greene has the PG skills of Bona great Marquez Green.
Marcus has shooting guard skills. He is not a premier floor general and ball thief like Marques.

Okorafor was injured. Obviously if you just blindly look at the stats you aren’t impressed. I thought we were smarter than that though Um, he missed 4 weeks. In the stretch before and after that, he never played more than 13 minutes in a single game. In 20 appearances. What are you talking about??

Marcus Greene Eric Acker Tyran Cook Emmanuel Okorafor Chimobi Ikegwuruka I’d really like to get Johnson. After that, Jaquan Carlos is my #1 target for PG. I’d like to add Greene as well. Acker/Cook, I’m indifferent.
