The size of the protection for his finger/hand is getting smaller......only one finger was bandaged today (at least that is what it looked like from the stream).
It looks as if Posley will be the point, with Iakeem coming off the bench. Taqqee acquitted himself very well today, his shooting is getting better as his confidence increases. He actually looks very comfortable out on the court.

Jay only had a little tape on his finger at the Duquesne game. No splint or cast.

The size of the bandage or being in a splint or just being taped has little to do with his recovery though. It needs time to heal properly, without knowing how bad it was the only thing we can do is hope in the next 10 days it gets to a point where he can play. Since it is not in a splint, that is good news but it doesnt mean he is close to coming back.

I am also encouraged by the light tape job on Jay's finger/hand. My layman's thinking is that if the finger were still fragile (indicating a longer recovery necessary) they would be protecting the hand with a bulky wrap. Any know exactly what the injury was ?
