Sorry for the cross posting, but in the event the Ndene Gueye information is correct, there was something on the Bona Blog indicating that there was a rotator cuff injury. I got to thinking about names wwe had seen float by, not necessarily with a Bona tie, but just wondering about. I had not seen any schools associated with Pitt grad transfer Roselle Nix. I remember looking at his numbers and saying, this guy is a lane presence, if there would be mutual interest I say go for it.

Pickin's are slim for grad transfers at this point.

I first heard of Gueye's injury two weeks ago. I'm sure the staff has been shaking the bushes since then for any recruit that could help. Schmidt has a way of picking up gems in the summer.

Hawkins would be great. It looks like Jerome Robinson is looking. He appears to be considering New Mex, Creighton, WKy and BC (still).

Found this interesting on the CBB Central page:
Jack Whitman (William & Mary/Kansas)
After a very solid season at William & Mary in which he averaged over 10 points and 5 rebounds per game, Whitman elected to use the grad transfer rule. He initially chose Kansas over a host of high-major programs, but elected to leave the program before ever playing a game. Now, he’s again one of the better bigs on the market and will have plenty of suitors. It’s unclear what caused him to leave the Jayhawks, but it’s possible that he decided he’d like to have a chance for significant playing time in his final year of college basketball, something Kansas likely wouldn’t be able to offer. If that is the case, it wouldn’t surprise me to see him land at the mid-major level.
