Best bar by far is the Pulaski Club. It is the home of the Bona long-time faithful. There is no bias, no bull at the Club. Many season ticket holders head to the Club after a game, especially on the week-end. Seriously? Can we add Don's Semi-Friendly Tavern and Tito's Tap Room into the equation, too? Don's certainly had perhaps the best happy hour special in town

No love for the Wooden Nickel?
Club 17 was the place for me in the early 80's. Was there on alumni weekend '85 when Al died. RIP

1968-75 at one time there was the Dur Hut and the place across the street that use to be Paul's steak House. As I remember it, us townies would hit up on all of the Bonnie girls and the guys didn't like us taking their "pies". Oh such nice girls too !!!
"The Central Hotel, The Palace Cafe, The Wooden Nickel or Jo - Jo's. And you know where you are when you're at the Zandie Bar."
FACT: In the mid-50's Olean had more bars and taverns per-capita than any other city in the country.
