I think the good Bonnies should finally show up. What a weird team. I really hope they don't get embarrassed on ESPN WHITE OUT game.

IMO that will depend on whether Mika is back and at 100%. If he is, we have a good chance we will see the URI team, even if not getting into the upper 90s but instead at least playing at a level good enough to win, maybe decisively. If he’s out again, I worry we might see more of the Duquesne version, which I don't ever want to see again or even think about. I want to flush that memory.

Despite losing to URI, Saint Joe's is a much better club than the Rhody team we faced last week. Schmidt has done well against Lange to date, but SJU has a lot of scoring talent and has played mostly well this year. Home court should give us a boost...hopefully

Who will the BONNIES be putting on REYNOLDS? Whichever player doesn't try to fight Schmidt pregame.

SBUnfurled said actually he had a run-in with Schmidt and disciplined. BUT never confirmed, have seen no other reports or hints or anything since. Rather important if true, but is it? Wonder if anyone has heard anything.

MAW was suspended one game. He was not sick...SBU Unfurled said he got into a verbal altercation with Schmidt before the game.

Sipo asks, "Which BONNIES will we see?"
I have no idea!
St Joes comes in at 13-6 and 3-3 conf. They are on a 3 game win streak beating the DUKES 71-69.
6'2" REYNOLDS is the #4 scorer (18.2 ppg) in the A10, # 1 TREYS Made, making 42% AND attacks the rim getting to the line a lot where he makes 90% FTs.
6'2" X BROWN is their best TREY threat hitting 46% (#5 in conference compared to CHUCK PRIDE's 47% TREYs - #2 in conf & MIKA's #3 TREY % .467).
No A10 team makes more TREYS a game then the Hawks. They heavily depend on them as 48% of their shots are from deep. They make 37% of them. We make .364% of ours.
Lets see how we bounce back after a horrendous offensive game by all except CHUCK and BARRY against the DUKES.

Always a good sign when your point guard is engaged in verbal warfare with the coach in pregame. Nothing says “team chemistry and harmony” more than that!!
