PITT Senior 6-7 WILLIAM JEFFRIES entered the Portal. JEFFRIES is from Erie PA believe he would be just one year, anyone one familiar with WILLIAM's game? Would he be worth the BONA staff's involvement? I think he has 2 years remaining. He is a very high character kid who we could be proud to have a part of the team and a team leader type, which I think is needed after some of the issues we had last season. I believe he's also extremely smart. He graduated high school early at 16 and was All-Academic at Pitt. He dealt with injuries on the court but could be a valuable piece here. Plays in the mold of a Denzel Gregg type "tweener" forward and he would be team leader here, close to home. I definitely think we should offer him

It seemed odd to work on something so far from the basket instead of working on scoring moves close to the basket. It also seems odd to rely on anything you read here.

Shepherd would be at the top of my list. I always liked his game at LaSalle. Superb athlete. I think he could thrive at Bonas as the lead guy. He was more of a role player at LaSalle due to Brickus and Brantley being option A/B.

At this time, It is hard for me to understand why any player would transfer to SBU ?
A disappointed Brown Indian fan.

Student athletes have LOTS of factors to consider when selecting a school. Playing time has always been key.
These days NIL $ may be their first consideration when sorting out offers!
Very sad.

I expect to see Barry at G Mason.
Hope he selects Manhattan College and joins BRETT.
Would like watching him do well there.
