Bonas' should not have contacted Isiah Grey before he enters the portal. He only played his last game last night. Grey should stay and graduate from Cornell. I only know of one athlete that gave up an Ivy League degree voluntarily. The Cornell degree will be more valuable than a Bonas' degree. Good point Maplehurst!! Do you have the stats on how many grad students play in the Ivy League? I will hang up and wait for you to research the answer.

Not that it’s ok, but no such thing as lotalty. Kids are entitled! Bullseye ganyguy! You win today's William Tell honor... Loyalty is a vanishing quality in college sports sad to say.

Chad Venning in the portal! Back to basketball instead of the AD. I think it is a mistake on Vennings part to leave. Schmidt can probably replace him with someone more athletic. However, from Chad’s point of view, he has a chance to leave himself long time legacy. He may leave for a few dollars but it is highly unlikely he will leave himself a legacy at his new school. I stated a couple of weeks ago, Chad would be the next player to score 1000pts in a Bona uniform. SBU has only 48 1000pt scorers. If he scores what he did this year, 400+ points he would finish between 25-30 on the All-Time list. As long as there is Bona Basketball, Chad would be on that All-Time list. I really don’t care if he stays or goes but Chad should.

Yes, he announced back in October that he would be entering the transfer portal at the conclusion of the season. He will have his Cornell degree, no one need worry.

Schmidt kept trying to feed him, but he just could not figure our how to pass out of a double team. Maybe a new team will allow him some more learning opportunities. Noel should be good next year, he came on strong toward the end. I was more upset about Evans. His game was progressing and I thought he would have a chance to start next year. We need shooters. Lots of shooters.

He has to transfer if he wants to play another year. Ivy League doesn’t allow 5th year.

At this point Manhertz has zero credibility with the alum and fan base.........absolutely zero.......
For that reason alone he has to be terminated by this administration........get it done Jeff.........and bring back Steve Watson........

Team Unfurl, the collective in which Woj is a board member, did not appear happy in an email to members of the collective and urged us to share our opinions with administrators

Regarding Barry......It was posted earlier in the year that coach told him to work on his 3 point shooting over the off season. It seemed odd to work on something so far from the basket instead of working on scoring moves close to the basket. Perhaps Barry saw his role inside not outside...just a thought. Pride also over the summer talked about Barry going inside to score.

PITT Senior 6-7 WILLIAM JEFFRIES entered the Portal. JEFFRIES is from Erie PA believe he would be just one year, anyone one familiar with WILLIAM's game? Would he be worth the BONA staff's involvement?
