He better pick a good destination, or he’ll end up sitting the bench like Welch Schmidt made Venning a much better basketball player and he hits the road....I don't know him or want to judge him but this stinks!! To be fair to Chad, he came here and finished a degree and walked on senior night. I can’t wait for the 5th year Covid crap to be done (and next year is the final season of it!!). But ill never fault anyone (even our most recent group of grads that most people around here dislike) for leaving after his senior year/graduation.

We need to be very careful on the one and done .

Don’t like the board, nobody is chaining you here. Feel free to leave. I can complain about this moronic board if I damn well please, thank you very much. Be a shame if an admin decided you were just a troll and removed you 🤣🤣🤣

Yea WTF man. No one wanted him, he was an overweight kid from little Morgan State.
Staff helped him physically and mentally, school helped him get a degree, community loved him, and he transfers

If you solely read this message board you would think we went 11-21 and had a team full of incompetent basketball players but also got an NIT invite somehow and turned it down because of all the teams that declined, only our coach was too incompetent to stop them. What an embarrassment this board is. Don’t like the board, nobody is chaining you here. Feel free to leave. Nice of the admin to show up to tell someone to leave. Great work you’re doing here guy.

Attack current players/Schmidt and it’s fine, call out the general scourge of negativity and you will be blocked. It’s embarrassing when people overreact to everything on here. Makes our entire fanbase look low-class. Really reinforces the stereotypes about Bonas. I’ve seen folks blocked/posts deleted for calling out the Ironman 5 for lying to Schmidt. I’ve never seen anyone blocked/posts deleted for saying players quit or spreading unfounded rumors like the ones yesterday. End tangent.

BONA has contacted Cornell guard ISAIAH GRAY who had 19 points last night against Ohio State but went in alone on a drive in closing seconds and missed a crucial lay up. Believe just one year left.

Would love guards who can shoot the trey. He has not shown that so far, but everything is situational and a tweet I saw called him a fan favorite. We like those.

I think they should just go grab the 4 best 6'7 - 6'8 shooters and an athletic center that doesn't necessarily need to score. Then grab a point guard that's 5/8 or above that is fast and can score inside and out. Play an uptempo spread the court and just drop threes all day. We got Kaba coming-he's 6'9 shooter. Assa if he stays. that Thompson on that sat all year is suppose to be good shooter. Let's Live and die by the three with some real shooters. You don't need post up bigs in college basketball these days. The game is won by shooting.

SLU's Jimerson now in the portal.
Will be interesting to see if Noel Brown sticks around with Chad now out of the picture--and if Schmidt promising him that he would start and play 25 minutes with a good reserve behind him. Or not.

Bonas' should not have contacted Isiah Grey before he enters the portal. He only played his last game last night. Grey should stay and graduate from Cornell. I only know of one athlete that gave up an Ivy League degree voluntarily. The Cornell degree will be more valuable than a Bonas' degree.

He officially graduates from Cornell in May, at which point he can come play here as a grad transfer
