Yeah, 8 in November is kinda heavy and unusually so. As is “only” 5 in December, including only 2 from the 17th to the start of the A10 schedule, which seems light.
Reviewing the OOC, the “Legacy” games - the Big 4 and Siena - loom particularly large this year. Time to get that elusive clean sweep of those games, meaning no brain-fart, head-scratching, loss to one of those guys that seems to happen each year.

Winning the A10 or finishing second with an impeccable record (OOC and A10) is our only route to March madness. No one truly knows the formula for mid-majors as the NCAA conspires with the P6 to keep our participation to a minimum.
Let’s hope for amazing chemistry and great hunger from our guys. I need to be entertained from Nov - March!!

Dayton has announced its OOC schedule. Zero games on opponent home court. Nine home games at UD Arena. Four neutral site games with three in Hawaii and one in nearby Cincinnati. Will host non D1 Capital University. Other notable games include Marquette, Northwestern, UNLV, and Cincinnati. Would it make sense for Dayton to leave the A-10 as they no longer seem to fit (mis-fit) the rest of the league in many ways including fan attendance, funding, location etc. |

Dayton is quite a ways from the Atlantic …but still closer than St.Louis and Loyola
Costly commutes.
