I really get aggravated reading about commitments in professional college basketball, where you read so and so university signs these great transfers.....they are not signing them, they are buying them. This may have always been the case, but now it has gone from the sublime to the ridiculous.

Losing bidding wars to other mid majors is concerning. I understand your point but I'll just say I don't think we really want to get into bidding wars with mid-major recruits either. At the end of the day Tim Dalger is a decent talent but he's not all-league and certainly not a program changer. He can be replaced with another decent talent of his ilk that wants to play here and doesn't bid us against FIU and we can save our bidding for the all-league types in house |

Why is it taking us 3 weeks to fill an Associate Coach position at the most critical time of year?
Where is our plan B when the A plan fails?
Just FYI there are 6 A10 teams who have strenghthened their roster already through the portal.

Hoping something happens this year like last year with YANN when nobody saw that coming and COACH has his new Assistant in place and he's bringing some recruits but has yet to announce it.

Losing bidding wars to other mid majors is concerning. Schools like St. Bonaventure were not prepared to compete against an Unlimited NIL Deal. It kind of came from out of nowhere after just coming back from the covid season. I'm pretty sure it's not easy for coach and staff to adapt. I have already lost interest in college basketball b/c players are moving and changing teams more than NBA players. NCAA has lost the fan support that they once over ruled. |

Get used to it, until the NCAA changes this completely corrupted system, we are going to be at a huge disadvantage in the bidding wars, but as always there will be plenty of very good athletes on the fringes who want to play, more than they want the cash..........and pine time. |
