A couple of updates: 6'8" DJ Foreman of Rutgers to Saint Louis (sits and then 2 years of eligibility). Michael Gilmore of VCU, a 6'9" PF is transferring. The transfer list is now at 553 players and still growing.

I like ex desales of Lockport hooper johnnie b but he can get nasty when guys want to leave his program He did it last year with max Bielefeldt who ended up at Indiana and again this year with spike. His favorite line is, "we wish spike the best, blah blah blah" but then gives the kids a grocery list Of schools they can't transfer to. In both instances he had to be shamed into releasing kids to the Schools they wanted to transfer to

QUADREE SMITH 6-8 270 is transferring from Providence. I am pretty sure the Bona staff was involved in his recruitment. QUADREE is a backup big man at Providence who just finished his freshman year. Kid is a good finisher in and around the basket. Played behind BEN BENTIL who is a future NBA player so Q didn't get much pt.

the staff was involved with SMITH last year about this time. decent player who needs better conditioning and weight loss.

He had a ton of offers (we are not listed as offering), but selected Providence. Faffy stated it nicely, but he could surely lose weight, and at 285 lb he is not a UMass Holloway, but he does seem to have sweet moves under the bucket. Another Smith, LaRon (top shot blocker in the country), who was also a target for this year from Bethune-Cookman is going to Auburn. www.verbalcommits.com/players/laron-smith

Small world - as an opposing team's fan, I used to boo John B when he coached Newfane HS's team (Newfane is in Niagara County). My older brother knew him, and used to play driveway hoops with him. Probably the most famous person to have Newfane on their resume.

Then I'm sure I saw him play. As he said, they weren't that good then, though.

Keeping up with A10 transfers:
Latest addition is 6'10" Matt Cimino from George Washington. He was a fairly high level recruit, but was injured after 3 games last year, so probably has 3 years of eligibility left, Did not score last year.
Former target (we did not offer), Novian Cherry, who selected Savannah State after going JUCO.....commited to Cal State San Marcos....not Division 1.

Former Bonnie target (2011/12) Terry Brutus, from Spring Valley, NY, who selected Ole Miss transfers to Samford. As a graduate transfer he will be able to play immediately.. www.verbalcommits.com/players/terry-brutus
