F – Elijah Pittman, Holmes, 6-7, Jr. Elijah Pittman has an arsenal of skills on offense and can alter a contest with his defense. He was the Bulldogs' top producer in points (540), rebounds (248) and blocks (83). Holmes is 70-4 during his two years as a starter. Pittman has 789 career points going into his senior season. He was First-Team All-Kentucky selection. Rivals.com lists Kentucky, Oklahoma, Xavier, and St. Bonaventure as schools of interest. -From Rivals. www.courier-journal.com/blogs/demling/labels/Ge-lawn%20Guyn.htmlClass of 2010 rankings - Louisville, Ky and Southern Indiana After a lot of back and forth and changing of positions - especially in the 10-20 range - here are my final set of post summer rankings for the state of Kentucky. I listed the top 25 players in the Class of 2010 and then list 40 others to watch. It's a good - not great class - with several special talents. 1. Ge-Lawn Guyn (photo), Scott County, 6-2: He played this summer like Mr. Basketball. 2. Ricardo Johnson, Covington Holmes, 6-4: Johnson was named MVP of the Sweet 16 and Holmes will have a big-time shot to repeat. 3. Josh Sewell, Trinity, 6-5: Sewell has finally seemingly put it all together. He's already committed to Miami of Ohio and this summer was a beast! 4. Elijah Pittman, Covington Holmes, 6-6: He's so long and so skilled for his size. No scholarship offers yet but he's a player.

Tobias Harris of Half Hollow Hills West must be the real deal. I emailed Sol 4 years ago about this guy and he questioned whether the kid could play on the A10 level. Everybody and his brother wants this guy and we could have had an early start on him but Sol was asleep at the wheel again. How bout those Jets!!!

Will Sheehey, the 6'6 WF out of Weston, Florida will take two visits: September 26th at Northwestern and October 3rd at Stanford. They are his top two schools.
I wonder if Coach stopped in to say hello this week on his trip to the Sunshine state.
It looks to me as if we are sitting in the third chair in this recruitment battle.

Everything has gone silent.
Does anyone have any information on South Kent School 5'10 all world PG Russ Smith? We have offered, along with most of the free world!! I know that there are at least 30 programs hustling for his basketball services.
