Hinton plays with confidence. FOLARIN holding his own on the defensive end at least. Would like to see NOAH get some more burn ...

Yeah Noah needs to play a lot more. That one has been a headscratcher so far.

NICE RUN - NOAH in now - doing it without Melvin and NOEL. GREAT SIGN - CHANCE, LAJAE, and NOAH on the floor together and running. Looks like a VCU type run ...

One of my bigger concerns this season was if Noel could play without getting into foul trouble. Obviously that didn’t happen and we saw Folarin’s offensive limitations. But I really, really liked his motor and athleticism. Great rim protector. Not sure he’s going to do anything on the offensive side, but he can be a great 10-15 minute guy.

Lead up to 18. Now is the time to really run our sets and fine tune the half court offense. Lets not play One on One ball (ala last year's team). CHANCE is really impressing tonight.

The fellas are shooting well over 50% inside the arc. Beyond it is a problem as well as free throw accuracy. Items to work on in practice.

so, another season where we don't push it up the court quickly.
Sigh.

70-56 final. 1-0. Chance and Lajae had good 2nd halves to finish with 18 and 16 pts respectively. Bowen 9/13 at line finished w 13.
37-32 Bona board adv w 12 off reb. CSN committed 26 fouls, Bonnies 23/34 at stripe. Only 36% fg, 22% trey.
Folarin posted 6 reb and 3 blk in rim protector duty.

A lot of positives to build on, obviously Chance Moore really stood out and Bolanga showed us what he can do on both sides of the ball. Rebounding was much better, moved the ball well. The Bonnies are a much faster team than last years. Is Bowen fast or what, great ability to penetrate. Now lets work on foul shooting, and breaking a full court press. Nice start to the season. Onwards and upwards.

Looks like LeMoyne will merit attention. Dolphins took the Cuse to the wire b4 falling 86-82. They have some shooters.
